What we are and are not
Shenango Home Scout publishes an independent guide to the websites where people look for homes and rentals in the United States and offers search help: looking through listings, building shortlists and checking public records for you. We are not a real estate brokerage, broker, agent, lender, appraiser or attorney. We do not list, sell, rent or finance property, negotiate or act for you in any deal, or hold deposits or funds. The sites we write about are independent of us.
Search help
Sending a request is free and carries no obligation. If a paid service is offered, we describe it and its fee in writing before starting, and we start only after you agree. Search help is research support, not advice, and we cannot promise that you will find, qualify for or obtain any property.
Information on this site
The guide summarizes what the sites publish and what independent sources report, plus our opinions. Each page shows the date we last checked. Ownership, features and prices change and vary by place, so confirm important points with the site or a licensed professional.
